About UsThe original founder of our company Lenard Jermy had a company that dealt in second hand used tyres and steel. It's stock trade lay on both sides of the B1007. In 1954 permission was obtained to move the stock into Temple Wood helping to tidy the countryside. |

In 1956 Mr Jermy founded a sportswear company named Rucanor Ltd and during the next thirty years its name changed to suit the business three times. |

| In 1993 PJ Cars and Plant evolved and Mr Jermy's son Paul and his brother-in-law Tim Buttling became partners and creating PJ Hire Services and SB Skip Hire to enable each company to focus on its particular trade | ||
Tim Buttling's brother Richard runs PJ Hire Services. Tim and Paul have a new partner Rob Smith who runs the Plant Hire business. The paperwork for this family business is controlled by our PA Francesca with the assistance of Claire and Katie |
